11:00 – The swimming pool and the sun lounger.
There’s a secret that guests who’ve stayed with us before keep to themselves as one of their favourite moments of their holiday here: the pool first thing in the morning, when the sun is already up but it’s still quiet and the sun loungers are free.
We have two swimming pools. One of them is heated, and that matters more than it might seem. In the autumn and winter months, when the water temperature in a conventional pool would put anyone off taking a dip, ours remains a delight. It is one of the reasons why we have guests who return in November, January and February.

This makes the hotel particularly recommended during the autumn and winter months, when the water remains at a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather outside. 13:00 – Lunch without worrying about the bill.
At our buffet restaurant at lunchtime, you’ll find a different selection to what’s on offer at breakfast. Hot dishes, salads, side dishes, and the homemade desserts that our guests mention so often in their reviews – something that delights us and inspires us to maintain the same high standard. It is in the afternoon that every guest finds their own version of the perfect day. And we love that, because it means the hotel has something to offer a wide variety of guests.
For those seeking complete relaxation, our traditional German wooden sauna and jacuzzi provide that space to unwind which most people discover on their second day and never want to leave. The combination of dry heat and hot water after a sunny morning is a winning formula, whatever the time of year.
For those who need to get moving, even just a little, we have a fully equipped gym, a squash court, a table ping-pong table and a pool table.
For those who want to head out for a while, we always have up-to-date information at reception on activities and things to do in Costa Adeje, the nearest beaches within walking distance and public transport options to Los Cristianos or Adeje town. Getting out isn’t a problem. Getting back isn’t either.
What sports and leisure facilities does Villa Adeje Beach have? The hotel has a fully equipped gym, a squash court, table tennis, a pool table, a darts area and a German sauna. We also have a hot tub. All these facilities are included in the accommodation package at no extra cost.
5.30 pm – A drink by the pool, without worrying about the price.
There’s one aspect of the all-inclusive package that many guests don’t expect until they discover it here: that mid-afternoon drinks are also included. That includes a soft drink by the pool at half past five, a beer after a walk, and the coffee to round off your afternoon nap.
