What are the opening hours of the All Inclusive service?
The service starts with breakfast at 8 am and ends at 11 pm.
What does the All Inclusive service offer?
Our All Inclusive service offers a buffet restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. We offer drinks at meals and in our snack bar snacks, classic cocktails and local brand drinks.
How many floors does the hotel have?
The hotel has 8 floors.
Does the hotel have Wifi and how much does it cost?
The hotel has wifi throughout the hotel: room, swimming pool, reception, restaurant, etc.

Is there a heated swimming pool at the hotel?
Yes, we currently have two swimming pools and one of them is heated, with a temperature between 23 and 27 degrees.
Is there a laundry service?
Currently we do not have a laundry service but we do have a washing machine and a tumble dryer that guests can use. The price is 4€/wash and 4€/dry.
Is there a gym in the hotel, sauna and jacuzzi?
The hotel has a gym with opening hours from 8-20 hours and a sauna. Both can be booked in advance at reception.
We also have a table tennis table (racket deposit 5€) and a squash court from 9-20 hours.
The jacuzzi is open from 10-18 hours, by prior reservation.
Does the hotel have pool towels, umbrellas and mats?
Currently we do not have a pool towel service for guests. You can rent umbrellas or mats for 2€/day.
Does the hotel have family rooms?
The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people for the flats and 3 people for the studios, regardless of whether they are adults, children or babies.
Is the bedroom separated from the living room?
In the flats yes, in the studios the living space is unique.
Are there rooms available for people with reduced mobility?
We have rooms and bathrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. Specifically, we have two studios and one flat. If you would like to have one of them, please let us know in advance.
Do the rooms have views and balconies?
All rooms have balconies, some of them with sea and pool views and others with mountain views.
Is there a safe in the rooms?
Currently the safe service costs 12€/week plus a 6€ deposit.
Do the rooms have television?
All rooms have television. In order to use the remote control it is necessary to leave a deposit of 15€ which will be returned when the remote control is handed over.
Does the hotel have Air Conditioning?
All rooms have air conditioning. For the use of the remote control it is necessary to leave a deposit of 20€ which will be returned when the remote control is handed over.
Do the rooms have ironing facilities?
The hotel rooms do not have an iron, but you can request it at reception free of charge if it is for one hour. If it is for the whole stay the price is 1€ per day and 10€ deposit.
What amenities can I find in the bathroom?
Each bathroom has a soap for the washbasin and in the shower there is a gel/shampoo dispenser. In the event of running out, it can be requested at reception.
Does the bathroom have a hairdryer?
Yes, all our rooms have a hairdryer.
Do the rooms have a fridge and microwave?
Yes, currently the rooms have a fridge and ceramic hob. However, we do not have a microwave in the kitchen of the room.
The ovens are not working, we are removing them.
Do the rooms and/or kitchens have kettles?
No, but it can be requested at reception for a fee of €1 per day and a deposit of €10.

This can be requested at the time of booking or on arrival at the hotel.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant and pool bar?
The opening hours of the restaurant are as follows:
Breakfast: 8-10 a.m.
Lunch: 13-14:30 hours
The pool bar is open for snacks from: 10am - 1pm / 4pm - 6pm.
Does the restaurant have high chairs for children?
Is there a minibar service in the rooms?
No, our rooms do not have this service, but they all have a fridge.
