What is Stefany’s daily life like at Villa Adeje Beach?
Stefany has been working at the hotel for more than eight years. “I can’t imagine myself in any other job, I love what I do”, she confesses.
Together with her colleagues, she is in charge of keeping the Villa Adeje Beach facilities clean and tidy. Preparing the trolleys, cleaning the common areas and the rooms are her daily tasks.
In her daily routine, Stefany always finds time to chat with her colleagues and get to know each other better. “Among the girls we help each other a lot, we are very close” she says. The relationship with her colleagues and the good atmosphere is, for her, the best thing about her job: “When you feel good, you come to work well”.

Despite the fact that she doesn’t have much contact with the clients because of her job, Stefany highlights the relationship with the clients as a differentiating element of our hotel: “The relationship with the clients in Villa Adeje Beach is easier than in other hotels”.
“There are clients who stay at the hotel for three months and you already know what they are going to ask for. We buy them tea bags of their favourite flavour, we prepare the room to their taste… we always try to pamper our guests” , says Stefany.
At Villa Adeje Beach there are always amusing anecdotes with the guests. Stefany laughingly recalls a guest who, while she and her colleagues were cleaning, hid in the corridors and scared them. The jokes and the good atmosphere make everyday life at the hotel pleasant and fun.
