1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION

The company HOCASOL, S.A. with registered address at Avenida de los Pueblos, 41, C.P. 38660, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and identified with number A38354189 is organizing the international giveaway (hereinafter, "the Promotion"), to be carried out via the Internet, in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of Villa Adeje Beach Hotel guests.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on 1 April 2022 at 11.00h(WET), and will end on 31 May 2022 at 23.59h(WET).

3.- ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The eligibility requirements are as follows:

Participation is open to anyone over 18 years of age.
Participation is open to residents of any country. The draw will take place at international level.
Participants should fill in the following form: https://villaadejebeachhotel.com/loyalty/giveaway.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be notified on 1 June via the email address provided by the customer in the entry form.

The winner will have 5 calendar days to respond and accept the prize. In case of expiry of this period, the first alternate will be designated as the new winner. In the event that this alternate does not respond within 5 calendar days, the second alternate will be designated as the new winner. If this second alternate does not accept the prize either, the draw and prize will be declared void.

The prize will consist of 6 nights for 2 people on an all-inclusive basis at the Hotel Villa Adeje Beach (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and can be redeemed until June 2023 except at Easter (3-9 April 2023), Christmas (20-31 December 2022), upon request and subject to availability of the hotel. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration.

Extra expenses such as travel, food and drink not included in the hotel's all-inclusive package will be covered by the client and never by the organizing company.

The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the Participants do not comply with the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and will lose all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

6.-EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant with respect to the prize that he/she obtains from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that could prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

7.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Legal Bases, each participant consents to their personal data being included in a file, owned by the company, for the purpose of managing the prize draw, as well as disseminating and publicising its results, processing the delivery of the prize and sending them future commercial communications.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, oblivion and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to info@villaadejebeachhotel.com or by letter to the following address: Avda. de Los Pueblos, 41 Adeje de S/C de Tenerife, enclosing in both cases a copy of an identification document.

8.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to amend or extend these Promotional Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of participants in the Promotion.

The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Terms and Conditions.

9.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Spain. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these rules.
